I created Flaweless because hospitality is needed in how we treat ourselves, our children, our partners, our colleagues, and our friends. There’s a hospitable way to dress, wear makeup, walk, decorate, set a table, organize a closet, garden, shop, cook, and more. I’m a woman who didn’t achieve respect or success by being tough. I’m creative, highly opinionated, and learned about business by getting a deep understanding of people from managing teams. That said, I’m an artist who is not afraid to break “the rules.” Beyond food, wine, and hospitality, I sing and will use music to create experiences like no one else! I moved to NYC in 1998 as a singer and worked professionally in the arts for 10 years. I’ve also worked in the hospitality industry, owning and operating restaurants in New York City for 20 years; including my very own White Street Restaurant in TriBeCa. I was also the General Manager of BONDST sushi for 12 years and the General Manager of Empellon Midtown, a NY Times 3-star restaurant. Five years ago, I left restaurants to start my company Flaweless; I'm a Blogger/Vlogger, Chef & Sommelier. My years in restaurants ignited my passion for food + wine and I now have a studio and shop in TriBeCa where I host culinary, spirit and wine classes and experiences.
