Secondary Deals
Referral partners will also be compensated on secondary deals or referrals within 24 months of the original introduction.

Examples
Agent Adams from London refers us their client who would like to sell their apartment in New York. LEVEN Real Estate gets the listing and it sells for $2,250,000. The referral fee to agent Adams will be 25% of the commission.
Attorney Magelhaes from São Paulo refers us their client who would like to buy an apartment for his son who will be attending Columbia University. The apartment they buy sells for $1,000,000, meaning attorney Magelhaes will receive 15% of the commission.
Agent Lacrue from Paris refers a client who would like to buy a property in New York but afterwards decides not to move forward. In the process, the client refers LEVEN Real Estate to a friend that does end up purchasing a property that year with LEVEN Real Estate as the buyer’s agent for $5,000,000. In this case Agent Lacrue will receive 35% of the commission.
Attorney Richtiger from Berlin refers a client that purchases a new development unit on 5th Avenue for $1,500,000 and as such will receive a 25% referral from LEVEN Real Estate. That same year, the client’s brother also buys a unit in that development for $6,500,000. Again, attorney Richtiger will receive the agreed referral, this time 35%.
