REREQUISITES FOR PROSPECTIVE HOMEBUYERS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE SERVICES FROM LEVEN Real Estate INC

  1. There is no general requirement to provide photo identification prior to a property showing. However, prior to entry to a LEVEN Real Estate sales office, customers may be required to present photo identification for security or similar purposes. Also, individual property owners/sponsors/developers/managing agents may require identification prior to a showing and LEVEN Real Estate will communicate this information to customers in advance of such showing.
  2. An exclusive buyer representation agreement, is not required.
  3. A pre-approval for a mortgage loan is not required to work with us, per se, however, individual property owners/sponsors/developers may require one – and if so, LEVEN Real Estate will communicate that to customers as applicable for any properties that customers may wish to view.
  4. We do not require identification, exclusive broker agreement or mortgage pre approval to show.
